Residential Property Management

Whether this is your first rental or if you're a seasoned investor, we have the tools and expertise to support you and your asset(s). In addition to the list of services below, our full service property management includes walking through your property, providing suggestions that may help you maximize your cashflow, and advertising your property on multiple websites. Our standard full service monthly management fee is 10% plus a tenant placement fee of one month's rent.

Tenant Placement Services

We will advertise your home, show the home, qualify a tenant, process the application, collect the Security Deposit and first month’s rent. The signed lease will be sent to you along with the security deposit. Our fee for tenant placement services is one month's rent.

We offer a competitive commission structure that will work for your budget. If you're a buyer, we can help you through the process of finding that perfect home or investment property, and will be there each step of the way.
