Jon and Kaely Frye are native Central Floridians.  Jon went to Boone High School and then Florida State University, where he met his wife, Kaely.  Jon has over 18 years of public and private sector financial experience and is a licensed CPA and Broker.  Kaely is a successful attorney and practices law with her father at Smith and Frye, PA.  Jon and Kaely have been managing their own portfolio of rental properties in Central Florida since 2006.  Jon and Kaely launched Bluebird Property Management & Realty, LLC in hopes of using their experience to help others meet their real estate investment goals.

Bluebird Property Management & Realty, LLC will assist you in locating a low risk/high reward investment property.  We can also assist in selling your investment property when the time is right.  If you are already an owner of a rental property, Bluebird Property Management & Realty, LLC offers an al la carte menu of services to assist you with your rental property.  Those services include everything from screening and securing a tenant to overseeing major repairs and construction.  Our goal is to maximize your return on your investment property.  We manage rental properties in Orange County, Seminole County, Lake County, Volusia County, and surrounding counties.
